Youth Empowerment Foundation(YEF)-to teach and assist underprivileged children all around the Indian society
Youth Empowerment Foundation (YEF) is a non-profit organization which was founded in June 2017 by Mr. Rambabu Sharma, engineer by profession and working in MNC. Inspired by his own life journey, the founder alongside his team has laid a robust foundation to teach and assist underprivileged children of society in pursuing their education and also attempts to enhance other creative skills among them in a healthy manner to make them strong pillars of the society.
YEF India application is released on 1st May 2021 and has been used by over thousands of people.
The foundation’s prime target is ‘upliftment of underprivileged and empowerment of youth’ for which they insist on providing knowledge all around the Indian society with the slogan ‘Together we will create a far better tomorrow’ as they consider society as their own family. The foundation has undertaken various initiatives i.e., projects under name Aakriti, Muskan, Light of Hope, Lifeline, Milap, etc.
Once signed in, the beneficiary shall fill up name, contact details, address, designation, what kind of help needed, and identity proof. The Volunteer shall fill up details i.e., name, contact number, and identity proof.
Users get information of webinar, competitions, list of people in need of help. For those who want to help other needy people as a social responsibility can help by way of donation, working as volunteer or by sponsoring for the education of children and help them to fulfil their dreams.
The application also publishes various journals, blogs, articles and feeds along with variety of tales of people.
The aim of foundation is to increase literacy rate and as a result achieve food security which will decrease malnutrition, enhance standard of living and improves gender equality.
The application’s interface itself is extremely attractive and depicts dedication not just towards the organization but also to its mission and vision.
Centres were opened to equip kids with knowledge and skills to make them self-reliant. Their team have visited slums for counselling hundred’s children/youth by enrolling them in free education and skill training programs. A Group of unemployed women also joined and trained under these programs.
With the various sorts of training and initiatives like *Hamari paathshala, Candle making, English learning, computer learning and training, YEF is providing a platform that helps these children to grow themselves for a better society.
