Indian IT Startup Pesto helps career as a Global Software Engineer

Founded in 2018, Pesto Tech, a Delhi-based EdTech (combining Education and Technology) startup, supports software engineers in India offering intensive training programs for borderless employment opportunities beyond India.
Ayush Jaiswal and Andrew Linfoot, who dropped out of college, have begun to raise seed funding from Matrix Partners, the founder of Swiggy, etc., and now Pesto operates on a *income distribution contract model for students and available to anyone in the country without prepayment.

*The income distribution contract is a new contract model for educational institutions and students. A contract where payment of tuition fees does not occur and payment is made at a predetermined rate from salary for a certain period after graduation.

The income distribution agreement stipulates that Pesto graduates will pay 17% of their income (depending on the nature of the program) to more than double their final salary during the first three years of their career.
Pesto's aim is to bridge the gap between Indian engineers' skill needs with world-class technical and software skills training. Also extending India's software capabilities to global standards and raising salaries to global standard prices. The top graduates have received offers of Rs 720,000, Rs 600,000 and Rs 450,000.

Through 12 weeks of short-term intensive programming, improving software engineering in India. Intensive training programs help Indian software engineers gain international technology careers through full-time remote work.
